Closet Envy Returns

If you're not happy, we're not happy.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return or exchange your product within 30 days of ordering, with some restrictions. After reviewing those details, please fill out our simple Return Authorization Form.

Restrictions:

  • All products must be complete, in their original packaging, and include all packaging, accessories, software, cables, instruction manuals, etc.
  • If you received a defective item, the wrong item, or the item was damaged in transit we can send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue you a refund.
  • Damaged Merchandise: Damaged merchandise needs to be reported within 5 business days of receipt of the product.
  • Defective Merchandise: Defective items needs to be reported within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise.
  • If the return is because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, we will refund the purchase price less the shipping costs.

Specific Item Restrictions:

  • Items which are dated (calendars, planners, etc) are not eligible for refund/return unless they were damaged in shipment. (See "Damaged Merchandise" above.)
  • Custom or assembled furniture, technology hardware, and business machines sales are final. (Damaged merchandise and defective items rules apply as normal.)
  • Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee as well as a return shipping fee.
  • Due to consumer safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on food, beverages, medicine, first-aid merchandise, and some janitorial items.

Refunds

No refunds can be issued without a Return Authorization Form. Refunds are processed in the same way as the original method of payment, and will be credited when the product is received at the warehouse. Returns may be subject to a minimum $10 return shipping fee, and a restocking fee. Please allow 7-21 days for funds to show up on your account (allowing for our Returns Department and depending on your bank's processing times).
